Seaford, Victoria · Boutique factories

Curie Court

A collection of small boutique factories, referred by the selling agent and delivered on time and on budget.

How the project started

The selling agent referred Camden to the developer after seeing our previous work and knowing we could deliver the project on time and on budget.

The challenge

The factories were sold off the plan, so the price, programme and settlement dates had to be met.

The detail

What we did

  1. Sold off the plan

Buyers held contracts before completion, so the programme was not negotiable.

  2. Referred on reputation

The agent put their own relationship with the developer behind the recommendation.

  3. A newer aesthetic

A contemporary approach to small factory units, with attention to entries, glazing and shared access.

  4. On time and on budget

Both. Which is why the same owner came back for Barkly Street.
