How the project started
The owner approached Camden after the original builder entered receivership. They urgently wanted the home finished before materials left on site deteriorated further.
The challenge
There was a slab down, frames that needed correcting, windows sitting on site and roof tiles waiting. The place was a mess, and it had been vandalised by trades who had not been paid.

What we did

Taken over mid build
Someone else’s slab, someone else’s frames, and no option to start again.

Frames corrected, not replaced
The existing structure was brought back to standard rather than demolished.

Vandalism made good
Damage left by unpaid trades had to be repaired before real progress could start.

From taking the site over to the family living in it.
